Laila Morris, in over 17 years of practicing yoga, massage and meditation, has immersed herself deeply in the conditions that
allow the body's natural healing intelligence to awaken. She encourages students to work with the body and gravity to do the postures
as opposed to using only effort and will-power. Sharing her intimate knowledge of the breath she encourages you to explore your own
body wisdom and deepen your practice with greater sensitivity. Each session includes movement sequences that are opening as well as
strengthening to bring about balance in body and mind.
She has travelled often to India and Europe both as a student of yoga and meditation and as a photographer and includes yoga,
bodywork, personal growth, art, cooking and love as her passions!
Laila's continuing inspiration is Vanda Scaravelli whose exploration of yoga informs her personal yoga practice along with Tom Myers
ground-breaking Anatomy Trains approach to movement and body therapy.
